Christopher M. Norton
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Norton serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for MPG Office Trust. From March 2011 to September 2012, he served as our Senior vice President, Transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Norton was an attorney with the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where his practice primarily focused on representing clients, including MPG Office Trust, in the acquisition, financing (including the origination of syndicated, mezzanine and securitized loans) and leasing of real property, as well as in real estate workout and restructuring transactions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
